Help to change *.psd file association back to Photoshop from SketchBook

I can't change *.psd file association back to Photoshop from SketchBook. when I installed Sketchbook it took over file association of PSD (Photoshop) files. I want the file type *.psd to automatically open Photoshop instead of SketchBook. Choose default apps won't allow me to change association from Sketchbook back to Photoshop. So far Adobe and Microsoft tech support haven't found a way to fix this. Uninstalling it did not fix the issue. Something is wrong in the system registry in all profiles. I am an advanced Windows 10 user and I tried everything I can think of. I do not want to use sketchbook. I need tech support from Autodesk to fix this.

1. Look for the exact path of Photoshop.exe.  i.e. C:\Program Files > Adobe > Photoshop.

2. Look for a .psd file.  Make sure that you can see ALL file extensions.

3.  Look for a .psd file > Right Mouse Click > Open with...(select Photoshop), if the selection is not there, choose the CHOOSE ANOTHER APP and navigate to the Photoshop.exe file.

Not useful at all. This information negates the fact that I said I am an advanced Windows user and took all the usual steps to fix the file association. Adobe and Microsoft techs could not fix it either.

I fixed it. I uninstalled Sketchbook then uninstalled Photoshop 2019 and reinstalled Photoshop. I use Corel Painter and Illustrator and can't find a use for Sketchbook so I left it off.

Somehow sketchbook did the same to me! I don't want to waste my time resolving this but I hate when programs decide to make themselves default all of a sudden why did this happen!!! I can find Photoshop as an option to open files with at all. Ive been using both companies products for 3 years on this computer why did this happen now. so annoying and unacceptable waste of my professional time. I should be discounted for this inconvenience.
