help please!

okay so i really need some help here. I accidentally downloaded the image I drew as a .tif now i can't post it anywhere because it's known as an "invalid file type" so i tried redownloading it and opening it over and over but it won't let me save it as a different file type! can someone please help?

I'm not real savvy about this kind of thing, but I will tell you what I was able to do with images. Did you download your image and save it to your camera roll ( or photo gallery ) ? I have a couple of different art programs and had trouble with an image. I sent it to a different art program and then sent if back to my original program as a different file ( png , jpeg, ... ) . That's about all I know. Don't know if this helps. If not, try googling it and see if others had had that problem.
