Help, iPadOS Sketchbook seems broken...

Hello,

I have come here seeking some assistance. I would appreciate any help I can get.

I have downloaded the Sketchbook app for my iPad Pro 4thgen, with iPadOS 14.3

 

Issues I have include:

1.) I cannot start a new sketch. When I tap new sketch, nothing happens. Even if I force close the app and open it again, I will still be in the same project. Also, nothing happens if I click “Gallery”. The only menu options that work are Share, Preferences, and Support

 

2.) The app does not seem to be compatible with the keyboard keys: Shift, caps lock, control, option, or cmd keys.

 

Maybe I am doing something wrong, or maybe Autodesk gave up support on this now Free app. If you have a solution for me, pease share. Thank you.

Can you try using SketchBook without using an Apple Keyboard?

Yea. Sorry I have not updated the forum yet.
I realized the issue seems to be that the Sketchbook app is not compatible with Apples case keyboard. Perhaps it’s not compatible with ANY connected keyboard, but I have not tested that yet.
