Gallery not showing

Hello. I'm a Sketchbook User (iPad 4, 4.3.0 version). The app updated today (actually, without me updating it, and the autoupdates are off), I created an account and everythin, then, I opened the app to save and export a drawing as a PSD, and it crashed. When I opened it again, the gallery was blank. My folders are gone, there's nothing on the trash, and nothing shows, neither on the local or iCloud storages and I can't create new folders on the local storage. I wanna know how to get my stuff back, there should be a backup option on the account but I didn't find anything. Please help, there was really important things in there. I feel the app could be broken because of the free-update, but I really don't know.

I am sorry to tell you that if the images are not in the Gallery, they maybe gone.  I would start saving to the iCloud and then backup images in the iCloud as necessary.
