Fine Art Pencils Brush Set

Is there any way to use Fine Art Brush Set on PC Windows version? or anyone have the skbrushes for this one?

I know there's colored pencil brush set that already on the sketchbook extras but it's not quite like this one. Please help me, i can't find any source to download this brush set.

If you are on Windows, you need to download it using Chrome or Firefox.  If you use Edge or IE, it will download a .zip file.

I already downloaded that but there's no "fine art brush set". See the file attachment, that's the brush set i want. Thanks for answeing tho.
