File corruption but different

Sketchbook works good for me. But, about once every two months, it will corrupt most of my files.

It isn't like the corruption I see being answered for on this site, however. The error message looks like this:

Oops

Failed to open file.

And it doesn't ever open again. Is there a way to fix or at least prevent this?

This happens occasionally and we have not been able to reproduce it on our end.  To be safe, it's best to backup the files..

a.  Export to PSD via emailing them out to yourself.

b. Share to Dropbox. (Install Dropbox and on Android device.  When you share it as PSD, you can choose to save it to the Dropbox location

c.  Manual backup to a computer via copying all the files located in /Autodesk/SketchBook3 folder.
