Drawing Disappeared?

IveIbeen working on a drawing for days now and my app froze and crashed. When I opened it back up my drawing was gone. I've looked for it everywhere but it's just gone . Is there any way of getting it back?

I would follow the steps noted here to 'backup' your work.
