Desktop version on Surface Pro 3 won't login to Pro

I have the desktop version of Sketchbook Pro (version 8.5.1) on my Surface Pro 3 tablet and lately, I've been having trouble logging into my Pro subscription. Usually, when I open the program it opens in the free version and I just have to wait a couple of seconds for it to switch to the pro version. However, lately, it has not been switching to the Pro version and just has a constant spinning wheel when I go to check My Plan (screenshot attached).

Any ideas for a resolution? I'm not sure about switching to the Microsoft Store Windows 10 app version because it does not appear to have the same features such as a way to re-import custom brush sets and all of the free brush sets.

You need to use the latest version of SketchBook.  The download is here:
