Crosshair freezes but pen doesn't. (Might be something to do with windows ink)

When i draw on sketchbook (I don't know whether it's just sketchbook or not), The crosshair freezes. Not the actual pen, it draws fine but the crosshair just freezes when stroking or just tapping. I say it might be something to do with windows ink because when i disable windows ink, the problem goes but i lose all pressure sensitivity. 

It's become quite annoying, although its just a visual issue,

What kind of tablet are you using?  We only support Wacom tablets and Surface devices.
