control issues on Chromebook

First, my canvas got erased any time I rotated the computer while in tablet mode, or it even slightly registered a change in orientation. I *think* this was fixed by locking the canvas orientation, although I have also been really careful about it too. And only worked in landscape.

Then, today I started having trouble with the button to hide/restore menus also becoming hidden when the menus were hidden, while in full screen mode. To get it to show up I have to skate the cursor along the top of the screen, but that also makes the gray minimize/restore/close bar show up and cover the button, so it's like a race to hit the button before the bar covers it a fraction of a second later. This also happened with the Transform menu. In my rage-clicking trying to get at the menu and not the bar, I somehow managed to close the program and lose all my work.

Now, when I open Sketchbook, it is in 853x1280 size with no option to go to full screen (only minimize or close), even if I open a larger canvas. I am about to lose my **** with this program and the computer.

I need to know the model number of your Chromebook and the exact version of SketchBook you are using....

https://help.sketchbook.com/knowledgebase/version-sketchbook/

I am hoping to confirm or QA the issue.

I need to know what Android version you are using as well.
