Cintiq 13HD cursor offset

 For some time now I've had a problem with a cursor offset  a little down and to the left when I draw in Sketchbook Pro 7.

I've tried nearly all the suggested solutions such as:

-Refreshing Wacom drivers

-Reinstalling graphic drivers

-Setting the tablet as my main screen

-Setting the tablet as my only screen (which made it a lot worse)

-Re-calibrated my pen

-Changing the monitor zoom to 125% and back to 100%

I need some other options that will work please!
