Canvas Size?

I am having trouble printing my drawings out and I was told by a Graphics & Design Tutor that I need to change my pixels or my canvas size to 300dpi/ppi and i can't figure out how. I have the free version and no subscriptions, I was wondering if that may be why. Also, please don't just refer me to a youtube video because it doesn't work on my computer.

Hi Domehr552,

Changing the canvas size is a Pro feature.
For more information - check the articles below.

How to set the canvas size (Pro) - Not available to Free users

Are you looking for a way to change the size of your canvas? Do you have a project that requires a high-resolution image? If so, selecting a larger canvas will help. During creating, go into the canvas options to do this. You will have two options, one contains a list of predefined canvas sizes and the other is for entering your own dimensions. These links will take you to how: DesktopMobile, or Windows 10). If you want some basic information on canvas size, check out What is a canvas.

Just got the trial version, and I can't print. Get an error message, Autodesk Sketchbook has experienced a problem and must close. Please save your work

Clink ok....and nothing happens. Have to close the program via task manager.

Not very impressed. Got to say my money may go elsewhere

Sorry forgot my old password, so I created a new account. You may need to update or when you go to open it back up, open it in a different program. That is all I am able to help you with right now, because I am not good at these kinds of things yet.

I'm using Note 8 android to produce and there doesn't seem to be a size limit. I've just made some images 10000 x 7000 pixels. The files are about 250 mb and the images look huge and high definition on my laptop when viewing.

Is it right that I'm able to make print worthy images this large on my phone or am I missing something?
