Cannot Open my Drawing File after the update?

I installed sketchbook two years ago, but I cannot open my previous files (both psd and tif) after the newest update. The device is surface pro 4. Whenever I tried to open a drawing file, it says "opening" and stuck there.

You don't need to create a new topic but reading the first page of Sketchbook forum. See here : https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/sketchbook-forum/ios-android-uwp-windows-store-update/m-p/8775345

Quick answer. David.lau knows the problem and have already told the dev team. Deleting cache or app, reinstall, or do anything do nothing. The problem doesn't came from your Surface, device or Win10. It comes from the 5.0 update. Nobody can open, load or do anything on the UWP since the last update. The 5.0 update is broken. You have in fact three solutions :

1. Wait a fix (could be long, very long...)

2. Use the desktop version (useless on touch screen cause your palm will drawn line a.k.a no pen mode)

3. Switch on another app like Kreta or any other.
