Cannot login after trial

Hello,

recently I've downloaded Sketchbook for my laptop (Windows 8). After and during trial I couldn't log in. There is an error saying that there is no internet connection. I've tried installing Explorer 11 and Safari, but the first one isn't available for Win8, and the latter changes nothing. I can't update my system to Win8.1 due to bug that affects working on the computer. Is there any solution to that problem on win8? I would be very grateful for any help.

Is your computer 32 or 64 bit?

@david.lau, do you know any solution to my problem? I'd really like to be able to use Sketchbook again 😞

@david.lau Thanks! Unfortunately, I've already tried this IE update and it only works for Win8.1.

I installed the previous verion of Sketchbook that you linked, but the signing in still doesn't work (I'll add the screenshot. In Polish it says that "this software can't show this website").

Do you have access to another desktop computer?  If yes, you can try to install Sketchbook on that computer and try this:

1. Find a 'spare' computer and install SketchBook from here: www.sketchbook.com/thankyou

2. Try to Login on the 'spare'computer, if the login works - GREAT.

3. After logging in, make sure that you are in Pro mode or in 90 day trial.

4. Start > Regedit.exe

5. Navigate to: Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Autodesk\SketchBook

6. Export the key.

7. Copy key or zip it (Send to Compressed Folder) to USB drive.

8. Run .reg file on ýour çomputer that can't login.
