Can you please fix this app

The drawing and tools and colors r amazing but you guys need to work on it more. I made a beautiful face of a girl that took me all day cause how much i was so into it. I just needed to do her hair colors. So i went to refresh my laptops which is when it uninstalls and reinstalls all apps from the store apps. So after all where reinstalled i was so happy that i can now can continue. When i went to open it said " couldn't open this file. Either the file's format or sizes is not supported, or you may have not read the permissions" like are you serious?

Once the file is corrupted, it will not work anymore.  I would start saving the file with the Save As option.  It will version the file for you.
