Can't log in and can't download internet explorer 11

Neither of the buttons on the initial log in prompt work, i click them and they do nothing. I try logging in through the drop down menu and it doesnt load at all. I have tried reinstalling the app, for anyone wondering.Those two buttons dont do anythingThose two buttons dont do anythingit does this for a whileit does this for a whileand then it goes to thisand then it goes to this

What version of Windows are you running?  i.e 7, 8.0, 8.1 or 10?
