Can’t import legacy data to sketchbook

Hi, I have an Android tablet running shetchbook3. I had a hardware issue with the screen and ended up needing to replace the tablet. Before replacing the tablet I backed up all my drawings to my laptop (twice) by copying the files to a folder on the laptop (following the directions on the website). All the files were in the original .tiff format. After installing the software on the new tablet and transferring the drawings back to the sketchbook folder on the tablet, I couldn’t see the drawings on the program. The instructions on the site were helpful, but I was not able to follow them fully. I can open individual drawings into sketchbook, but the layers are no longer there. Your instructions on your website talk about “importing legacy data”. I am not able to do this because the bottom on the lower right is not active when viewing the files at the folder level. The button works at the drawings level though. What can be done at this point?

Go to the section:

How to import emailed TIFF images into SketchBook for Android

The instructions have been updated recently (within 24 hours).

Thank you. Tried importing from email, this still didn’t work. Tried several different ways and found that the following worked:

i renamed the files on the laptop, moved them to the download folder on the tablet via USB then opened new drawing from file in sketchbook from that folder. Drawing imported with all the layers. Bit of a work around, but everything has been recovered fully.
