Can't create Custom Brush on Desktop Version

I'm using the latest free version of Sketchbook for Windows 10 (NOT THE STORE VERSION)
And I can't seem to be able to make a custom brush with neither of these jpg's files:
Acrylic-02.jpgAcrylic-03.jpg








I'm attaching a screenshot to show you that neither "Capture" nor "Import" is working:

How can I solve this issue? I've already tried resetting to default 😞

Thanks. I actually found what was the main issue with this problem.
Turns out that I wasn't exporting a perfectly squared picture.
I exported these stamps as 640x480 (if I recall correctly) but later exported them as 500x500 and Sketchbook would accept them when I imported the pictures.
