Bug. Automatically rearranges thumbnails and changes size

My Sketchbook app on my iPad repeatedly rearranges the order of my drawings In the “gallery” out of chronological order and also changes the size of them . I contacted sketchbook and they directed me here. Is there anything I can do to stop it doing this? They thought it was an update but it hasn’t updated each time before it does it and they don’t seem to have released an update to fix it. It’s very frustrating. Thanks

I would save all your files to the iCloud so you don't lose work.

a.  Order.  Are you using the same iPad?   Can you try creating 2 canvas/sketches as a test?  

b. Files in SketchBook Gallery should not change size.  If you save to the iCloud, the .tiff file should maintain size but it will only be 72 dpi (default).

c. If you share the file, it will export to .png when you email it out.  If you save file with "Background" set to Transparent and save the file.  Go to the Gallery and share file (email), the attached file will be in .png format and will have a transparent background (like an Alpha Channel).
