Autodesk Sketchbook keeps freezing!!

Hello,

I have been using the mobile version of Autodesk Sketchbook for a few years already, and so I decided to download the PC version as soon as I got my own laptop. However, I notice that Sketchbook has an irritating problem which is that it keeps freezing. It also closed itself automatically for about 3-4 times when I was using it for my school project. The good thing is that the files were restored every time when it closes itself, but it is still a very annoying problem that may interrupt my work. Does anyone have the solution to that by chance or maybe tell me the reason why it works this way? Had this occurred to anyone?

There are 2 windows versions.  The one from the MS store is designed for Surface type devices.

Is this for Surface Pro? Because the PC I am now using is actually Surface Pro. But thanks for the link anyway.

This version will work on any Windows 10 x64 computer.
