Autodesk App Permissions doesn't work

Out of nowhere Sketchbook said it didn't have any permissions to storage. I had it in the background with full permission and in working order before but when I went back to the app it appeared so I checked permissions again and everything was allowed so I restarted the app and it still said that I need to give permission but everything is allowed. I even resigned the permissions off and on and it still didn't work after allowing. Anybody know what I m doing wrong here?

This same thing happened to me today. I'm also on Android 11 with app version 5.2.4. Since I couldn't figure out how to fix it, I uninstalled and reinstalled Sketchbook. The app opens normally now without the permissions error, but unfortunately it won't import any of my TIFF files. It doesn't even show an error when I try to load them, it just opens a blank canvas instead. It also doesn't appear to be saving TIFF files for any new sketches I make. The sketches appear in the Sketchbook app, but I can't find their actual files on my device. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling again for good measure, but it hasn't helped.

That's very unfortunate. I don't know if it is because of the recent update. Glad that I wasn't the only one.

Just saw this article in the help center: https://help.sketchbook.com/en_US/faq/issues-with-latest-android-release

Looks like they are aware of the issue.
