architectural stencil, scale ruler and tracing grid.

Sketchbook is great but could be awesome if there was an architectural tool that offered a scale ruler, classic architectural stencil's and a grid for tracing over. any thoughts or suggestions?

Thanks for the feedback.  I have logged a suggestion to have more 'measuring tools' in SketchBook to address "architects".
