[Android] Lock canvas ?

Generally: I know, I should not rest my palm on the canvas, but here and there my palm touches the screen and end up with zooms and moving canvas by accident. Is there a way to lock the canvas for android ?

Unfortunately, you can turn off the 2 finger gestures.  I would log it as a suggestion here:
