Meshing Error! Surface Interior

Hello everyone,

My model doesn´t create a mesh in some parts of my model.

The error is: 

´´Meshing error!

Phase: Surface meshing

Description: Face interior´´

I followed the advices on the following link:

I I descreased the size of the elements, eliminated some fillets to try to simplify the parts... but still not working.

Anyone can give me some tips?
