I currently run many of my analysis as Linear Static Stress utilizing plate elements. When I see the need to change to MES with nonlinear material models I copy the Linear analys design scenario to a new design scenario and change the analysis type. I then have to redefine the elements as shell elements with the exact same data as utilized in the plate elements. I would like to request a feature that autmatically transfers the plate element data from the Linear Static Stress analysis to the shell elements in the MES with nonlinear material models analysis.
