Simulation Mechanical 2016 Unhandled Exception

Hello Experts,

one of our colleague has a problem with the "Autodesk Simulation Mechanical 2016".

He can start the program but if he tries the actual analysis he is getting the following error:ErrorDetailed Error

I also included a dumpdata (https://ufile.io/xklhw)

I tried to reinstall the whole program (with the inbuilt reinstall function and with a clean reinstall).

Both times it was unsuccessful.

I would kindy ask for your help and would appreciate hearing from you.

Sorry to read about the crash. I think the problem is that the Simulation Job Manager (SJM) is crashing. There should be an article on the Autodesk Knowledge Network that discusses this issue.
