When I upgrade to Autodesk Simulation Mechanical 2015 R1, the presentation in Report disapeared.
I'd check the "Results Presentations" in the "Configure".
And the title image missed too.
And show the error message ""Error attempting to open file. Make sure the drive door is closed, and the destination disk is formatted and free of errors."
But I could open the old simulation with previous versions.
And there some displayed errors like the attached file.
