No-Slide Allows for Slip

Hello community,

Any idea how I can make my parts actually make no-slide-no-bounce frictionless contact? Attached is an archive file of a test case of this. (It is inside of a zip file, because forums.autodesk.com does not allow me to upload a .ach file!) I keep seeing that either the parts slide freely or I get "forrtl: severe (157): Program Exception - access violation". Thanks.
