D**n decals....

I placed a decal of our company name on my model and the d@mn thing shows thru the back of the metal surface it's placed on and the metal has thickness, of course, it's not just a face but an actual 3D solid from ACAD 2012. What SC makes out of a solid I don't know.

I could hide it with a surface against the back of the metal piece I guess but that's a pain in the a$$ and adds one more item to take care of.

Any insight on this issue?

I see now.  Make it thinner so it doesn't penetrate the object. Cool.
