Where is my Screencast?

So I made a ScreenCast, it uploads and is ok. Question is, where it goes if I want to find it again? I cannot see it in my Dashboard (user account/My community/Contributions/Dashboard). Where can i find all the ScreenCast that i have uploaded?

Joel.

Hi, You should be able to see it here: https://knowledge.autodesk.com/profile/contributions#/dashboard/public or here: https://knowledge.autodesk.com/profile/contributions#/dashboard/private

If not, you might want to verify in the app that it finished uploading.

sorry, it's been a while but thanks for your reply..

i was expecting it to show up in my dashboard or in my private screencast, but it is not there at all.

I may be missing something in the procedure?

All I am doing now is after I finished uploading I just add it as my collection. Which is not supposedly like that as it should automatically appear in my dashboard.

If you look at "Uploads" in the recorder, can you confirm that it completed? Thanks

yes it was completed.

I was able to share the link to my colleagues as well. But again, it doesn't appear at all in my dashboard.

My bad, I just found out that the ScreenCast is link to an email account which can be found when expanding it down here, which happens to be automatically signed in to my office email. I did not knew, and all I thought was it was signed in to this account and I was wrong.

but thank you for following through, it makes me think that there was really something wrong with my setup.
