Incorrect HTML Error.

I have successfully created a Screencast, It is loaded in my Autodesk Contributions. I have received Autodesk email stating Screencast is ready for viewing.

https://autode.sk/3KsDsTQ

When I attempt to Insert screencast from the the list of "MY SCREENCASTS" into an active forum post (a Post I created). I get an error Message saying invalid HTML

Can any advise what is causing this, Thanks

Have same problem. Made screencast just for it. https://autode.sk/3EeFp3F

In video you can see I find my screencast in list of screencasts. Press insert and forum inserts screencast to message. But pressing preview or POST I get error informing about invalid HTML and screencast is removed from message.

Is it just for some users with more rights? But in this case you should remove screencast list from users who can't use it.

When I try to submit I get this message.

I get the same result no matter what browser I use.

I think it is very problematic that such a simple bug has been left unattended for so long.

Can you at least investigate thoroughly what the problem is that is causing this phenomenon?

I just received a reply from Autodesk.

Currently, only Elite users are able to insert videos, so general users have to copy and paste the URL.
I hope they will make it possible for general users to insert videos again.

As I wrote in my message. I did not asked Autodesk but it was logical.

But this is still a bug. If some users can't add video in forum he should not see button to add video to forum. Now normal user see button, try to use it, get error message and waste they time to find reason for error.

This bug is not fixed for many years now. Company worth billions $ can't fix simple bug 😉
