Getting a contributor in  many country as possible and enable as many code as possible  . It will be a blast of software , as we will able to design through different codes , compare the outcome between different codes . Some engineers have degree that enable them to work in many countries , would be great not have to learn different software to work world wide .

I completly agree with Mustapha, even I am familiar with the French codes and the Eurocodes, I have usally to deal with the North American codes, such as the ASCE and the NBCC, particulary with chapter for wind Loads wich until now are not be implemented in Robot, so in thoses situations I have sometimes to handle with other softwares which handle them
