"Displacement Maps for Members" SHOULD MOVE to "Maps for Members Results Window"

Hi Dev Team!

For some reason, the Displacement Maps for Members results option seems to be located on the PANELS MAPs results window and NOT in the Maps for Members results window. See below.

Given that the Displacement Maps for Members is a MEMBER result (i.e. beam elements), not sure what was the intend of putting it available via the Panel Maps results window ONLY. 

It is quite limiting not happing this result available when working with members only, as the this results only becomes available when there are panels modelled. To circumvent this problem, I been modelling "dummy" plates to be able to see/access the Displacement Maps for Members results but this just seem silly when there seems to be a simpler and logical solution to this.
