Objects or panels influence surface for repartition

Adding and allowing different way the repartition is made for panel, depending of the case of load :

Curtain wall : weight on top or base supporting element, so vertical loading

but wind on intermediate purlins (out of plane action) .

In addition, it would also be interesting to be able to define, when ignoring a member from the load distribution of a panel, which local direction of the member to be ignored (Y or Z).
In this way, the problem proposed in this topic would be solved and is much more comprehensive for other situations.
