Implement showing external parameters in Robot UI

External parameters are very useful way to provide additional data for BIM integrated workflows. Designers can save info for design to them, and aswell create notes about results for detail calculations.

RSA API documentation indicates that external parameters should show up on parameter browser, when RobotParamDef object GuiVisible attribute is true, but this feature doesn't work.
