Easy switching between RSA versions

Hello,

I have noticed that it is impossible de switch from one version of RSA to another without going through a certain procedure shown below. 

This procedure is not required when using for example AutoCAD or REVIT which is great.

Is there a way of avoiding this message because one cannot help having to reopen past models for consultation from time to time ? Furthermore, the precedure that is lauched requires a certain level of IT security clearance which is not always available depending on company policies.
