Before drawing generation open (from text menu)
Analysis>Drawing parameters>Reinforcement description tab
Number of bars,length and spacing description is controlled by the following options

But my question is what is the symbol or in Robot that define the number of bars, please check the picture below carefully and you will figure out what I mean.

In my model number of bars appears when
Number+Diameter in checked on Reinforcement description tab
Number is checked off on Reinforcement table
No changes are necessary in Description fields.
If it does not work with this setting please send your file for verification

I have changed units to metric and still get correct drawing
Could you share your file for verification.
I see that there is an issue but have not enough information to duplicate it and find solution.
What concrete code you are using for RC beam design?
