Various problems on mesh generation

Good morning everyone, i have a model of a steel bridge and I have many problems with the mesh generation. I have to study the stage construction of this structure but i can't find the way to generate correctly mesh.

Is there someone that can help me?

Meshing option used (of course no kinematic links in job preferences).

Keep in mind that greyed out field settings are also important.
