Hi,

I am looking at the enveloppe of forces on my project. Moment value are not shown in the table but are shown on the diagram. How can I fix that so I get all the max and min value for every type of effort on the envelope table.

See those screen shot as an example. I should see valu around 5kNm for My in the enveloppe table but it show only 0.

I would like to be able to check just by looking at the envelope table without being worry that some value don't show up.

hi @mdesjardinsXJ286

your bars are not divided, so you need to add division points to your results

Great thank you it worked.

But I have a question does this mean that ROBOT will show result only at nodes? What if the max effort is between two nodes? Will it show on the envelope table?
Is there anyway to set forces table to be 100% sure I get all maximum for every member (Fx,Fy,Fz,Mx,My,Mz) no mather where it happens along the member?

hi @mdesjardinsXJ286

The tabulated values are provided only at the selected points.

Calculating the maximum simultaneous forces across all positions on the beam is resource-intensive and could make it harder for users to interpret results.

You should refer to the result curves, assess your specific needs, and select the points accordingly. This is a standard practice in most analysis software.

If you're looking for tools better suited to your specific study, consider creating a simple Excel program to analyze the maximum tabulated values.

When you insert the characteristic points  or other division points as shown in the picture you sent , it should appear on the table automatically

ok thanks,

An other basic question. Can we add a filter per section type or per group when we are viewing results on the diagram. So for example only the cable apear or only the wood plank or a specific part of the structure I want to study?

Select the bars you want and

1-on View/Display mark to "display only to selected elements"

or

2- Click on " Edit(open) in another window" icon

Hi guys,

I divided my bars in 2 to get the results for the moment in the middle of the planks. When I run the analysis a combination that was converging before is not converging anymore (Case 23 only others are normal because of boundary condition). Do you have an idea why? Is my division node changing the result of the analysis ?

Before

After

I generated the nodes with the parameter below.
