Using a building Design or 3D frame for Steel strcuture

What is the difference between the building design and the 3D frame template?

If I want to design a steel frame structure , which is more better to choose of the template: Building design or 3D frame ?

If I have chosen the 3D frame after modeling the steel structure before assigning the loads, what will happen if I want to switch to a building design template?

In 3d frame you will not be able to model meshed FE panels. You will have to stick with claddings to distribute slab all wall loads.

I personally prefer not to use the building desing template. Mostly I use Shell structure type.

But you can switch to another template on Geometry/Structure type anytime you want
