Unable to run analysis of ground beam

I drew my house's structural drawing in Revit. After that, I sent that model to robot structural for calculating reinforcement needed. After I inserted all the loading and run the analysis for beam reinforcement, it popped out " selected section is not supported, the section will be replaced with rectangular section". When I tried to analysis the ground, Robot itself will automatically shut down. Can someone help me?

Thank you.

Hi @Anonymous

I'm sorry for not being able to look at this earlier especially that it seems that it is easy to solve. In Robot you should define section type that corresponds to the design module you want to use so it should be RC Beam rather than RC Column. Try to redefine the sections assigned to the beams.

Hi @Anonymous

Could you attach the latest version of your model and make screen captures which illustrate the steps to reproduce the issue you are having so that I could try to solve it?

Hi @Anonymous

Just go to Geometry tab then additional attributes then bar on elastic ground

then specify the kz , hy , Hx

then apply on the beams then make calculation and take it to design it will work.

I already tried it on your model and its work .

Hi, @mustafahesenow thanks for your suggestion. 🙂 However, I am still not quite sure with your solution because I am the beginner only.
May I know am I at the right track? If so, what value should I input in it? What is the reason of adding the attributes? robot problem 1.1.JPG

Hi @Artur.Kosakowski

I have attached my updated version of my model.

First, I input dead load(-1.5) and live load(-2) into the model. After that, I selected all the beam to run analysis and provided reinforcement. Then It popped out the message " selected section is not supported, the section will be replaced with rectangular section".
