Track/Bridge interaction UIC-774-3-R

Hi 🙂 I´m trying to do the case E1-3, but i have doubts how to simulate the ballast interaction with the structure. I´m using the 2D frame to do the model, and using beams elements for the track and deck. The ballast should be a non-linear spring, and i dont know how to do that . Thanks

In such case I think you should provide more detailed description and some screen captures which illustrate what you want to achieve for those who are not familiar with provisions of  UIC-774-3-R
