Time history analysis/different height of structure element

I just want to ask about time history analysis, How to conduct the THA by considering different height of structure element? I want to perform the THA for my transmission tower structure that is divided into different element height. thankyou in advance

I'm not sure if i understand the relation between the segments of the electricity tower and THA analysis? Could you give us more details about what you want to achieve?
