The admissible deflection value has been exceeded for panel

Hi All, 

 

I am modelling a panel retaining wall and got the admissible deflection value has been exceeded problem. 

 

Please find the model attached. 

 

Any idea how I can fix this problem?

Hello Victor.Huang,

 

What do you mean by "and got the admissible deflection value has been exceeded problem"

You have a horizontal (y) deformation of 4mm. if you calculate with cracked concrete maybe 10mm.

admissible l/250 = 5500mm/250 = 22mm. I dont see the problem?

Hi Victor,

 

You use the Australian concrete code, I think you can ignore the warning and make the check for allowable deflection yourself as an engineer. A I can see it is not possible to give in a deflection limit in "shell & Plate reinforcement type". The SLS-tab is not present in the menu, see screens:

furthermore the design options/possibilities and checks in RSA for concrete walls with reinforcement are limited. 

 

If you go to "provided reinforcement" this message shows up.

Hello Victor,

 

You change the concrete E-modules, E-long term =  Eshort/3. Example C25/30 E = 28500Mpa Ecm = 9500Mpa, cracked/lond term:
