"Duration factor of load" How can I understand this ?

But i do not know "Duration factor of load" clearly. Please anyone explain it for me.

I mean it is not possible to do using the language selection in the preferences. The localization of this form is hardcoded and not linked to the Robot settings.

How can I have English like them ?
