Structural Elements disappearing after saving and opening large models

Hello,

I'm having a problem after saving large models. When i open those models , a lot of structural elements disappeared as you can see in this exemple. this isn't the first time it happens .  Has anyone had this problem before ?

The only solution i found is to open the model in repair mode. This works a lot of times, but i find it risky anyway since you may lose some of the data sometimes . ( supports …) .

Do you know what is causing this problem and how can i avoid it .

Try geometry/stories/filter stories

Hi,

Stories are not yet defined in this project.

I dont think this issue is related to stories because i have it on large models in which stories are defined and on others where stories aren't defined yet.

the problem occurs after saving a model with a heavy geometry, closing and then opening it.

Thanks

Hi Romanich, thank you for you reply.

So the problem is still unsolved by Autodesk ?

We don't know what's causing it besides that it happens on big models ?  So We don't know either how to avoid it.

The only working solution for now is opening in repair mode ? Knowing that this solution is risky as others have mentioned and we can lose some elements and loads .

Thank you.
