Stairs in Robot

I am trying to analyze a staircase from a heliport that was created using Advance Steel 2017.  I export the staircase from Advance Steel and import it into Robot and all of the bars are disconnected.  What is a better way to get the staircase model into Robot so I can perform a structural analysis on it.  Thanks

If you used the AS to RSA link then it is just as the analytical model in AS was defined. The best would be to correct it in Robot which you do only one time. You may find the recording of the 11th Robot webinar helpful (mind to scroll down the list and pick teh right one to be played).

Thank you but i still didn't solve my problem.  I perform an analysis on a helipad and its walkway and it will analyzed just fine with the proper stresses and deflections.  When I add stairs drawn in Advance Steel no matter what i do to modify them it always throws my stresses and deflections way out of whack.  is their something you can help me with to figure out the issue with stairs.  I am attaching the Robot files to this.  One has not stairs that rates just fine and the other has stairs that doesn't rate fine.  Thank you for your help.

I used the straight stair button in advance steel and that is how it shows up in robot.  I have tried simplifying it by having the stairs be sloped floor panels in robot and then adding the loads to the sides where the stringers would be.  It still messes up.  What would you "skip" in the stairs?
