Some questions about bar definition

Just a beginner to Robot~
I find for each bar, there is a Type & Structure Object under General, and Element Type under Model.

What are these for? What are their differences?

Because i find some of my column, type and structure object are column, but element type is beam. Dont know why it is defined as beam as i didnt set this parameter and not sure if it will affect my result.

In short - beam, column or bar type will not affect on your static / dynamic analysis results.

Regarding element type - beam is ok. Please check this article about advanced bar properties:
