Slab reinforcement design

i have tried to calculate the REQUIRED REINFORCEMENT for the slabs but i did not get the General values after calculation ,such as Reinforcement grade , shape and the number .

 

i have found a pic in web site and i want to get the same procedure for the figure that shown 

 

it really matter to me thanks
