slab moment in robot

When I analysis slab the moments are not equal to the hand calculation so what method will be good hand calculation or robot results and what can I do so that robot result will equal hand result

there is a difference between hand calculation and robot result in slab moment

what is the problem ?

Is robot result is O.K or hand calculation

what procedure I can do it to make both hand and robot result will be equal

 note: I attach both  robot  and hand file  calculation example
